Dear Ingo,
at last I reached Mr. D. yesterday evening!
His statement was quite short: SIMPLY PERFECT!!!
There was absolutely nothing to complain - he liked the hotels very much, the handling of the rental car company was great and they had no problems at all. He said that if they will do that again - and sooner or later they will - it is absolutely sure that they will come back to us.
A big THANK YOU to you and I think this is a wonderful start of our cooperation.
